Job description

We are seeking a dedicated HLTA to join our team and support educators in providing high-quality education to primary aged students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, including those with special educational needs. The role is full time and based in Portsmouth.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
  2. Support students with special educational needs.
  3. Provide individualized attention to students to enhance their learning experience.
  4. Help maintain a safe and organised learning environment.
  5. Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and development.
Qualifications
  1. Previous experience working with children is essential.
  2. Ability to effectively communicate with students, teachers, and parents.
  3. Experience in special education practices is desirable.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting student learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £90.00-£120 per day
