Job summary

Tile Cross Academy is seeking a Level 3 SEND teaching assistant to join its dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and experience supporting diverse learners. A Teaching Assistant who;

  • Will have a sound knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice, especially around the needs of students with Cognition and Learning
  • Has experience of working in a school environment and has experience of all key stages.
  • Is a qualified Practitioner with qualifications such as NVQ Level 3.
  • Has proven skills that will contribute to a growing team within the school’s Resource Base provision
  • Is a reflective and flexible practitioner.
  • Is committed to developing personalised learning.
  • Will contribute to the development of the school and the Washwood Heath Multi Academy Trust
  • In raising standards.
  • Will join the fantastic team at Tile Cross Academy with a smile and positivity.
