Summit Learning Trust invites applications for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in the Acorn Room (EYFS/KS1 – High Needs SEND) at Oaklands Primary School, Birmingham. The role is 32.5 hours per week, term time only, fixed term to 31 August 2027 with possible extension depending on funding.

Salary is on Support Staff Scale Grade 3 (Pt 9-22) with full-time equivalent £28,153-£34,811; actual salary £22,162-£27,404. DBS and safeguarding checks apply.

Qualifications

• Level 3 TA qualification required.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/5 or above) required.

Responsabilités

• Support high-needs SEND pupils in The Acorn Room.
• Contribute to a caring, inclusive classroom environment.
