Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Warrington.
About the role:
Provide targeted support to students with a range of SEN, including autism, SEMH, ADHD, and learning difficulties
Assist with delivering personalised learning and behaviour strategies
Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to adapt lessons and support individual education plans (IEPs)
Support pupils’ social, emotional, and educational development in a safe, inclusive environment
What we’re looking for:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience in an SEN setting
Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly autism, SEMH, or other complex needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to behaviour management
Ability to remain calm and adaptable in challenging situations
