What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons that keep students motivated and focused.
• Support students with SEN needs, helping them grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
• Work with individual students and small groups who require extra help and guidance.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere where every student feels valued.
• Help maintain an organised classroom, manage student behaviour, and assist with lesson preparation.

Level 3 SEN TA Requirements:

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally supporting students with SEMH or other SEN needs.
• A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is required.
• A strong passion for supporting students in their educational journey.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers and students.
• The ability to adapt support to meet the individual learning needs of each student.
• An up-to-date CV (covering the last decade with no unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or the willingness to apply for one).
