What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as a key person, tracking development and building strong bonds with children and families
  • Maintain records of observations, assessments, and progress using our nursery systems
  • Support daily routines including sleep, mealtimes, toileting, and transitions
  • Ensure a clean, tidy and safe environment through daily checks and shared responsibility
  • Support your room leader or manager in ensuring all policies are followed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare(or equivalent)
  • 2+ years of experiencein a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong knowledge ofEYFS and child development
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Passionate aboutmentoring and supporting your team
  • Employment is subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check
  • Commitment to safeguarding and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in our care

Location & Shifts

  • We are located 1 minute fromStockwell Station (Victoria & Northern Lines)- easy access from anywhere in South or Central London.
  • Working Hours: Full-time, 8-hour shifts within our operating hours of 7:30 am - 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Shifts are allocated on a rotational basis to ensure smooth daily operations. Please note we do not offer part-time or fully flexible shift patterns for this role.
