Long Term Teachers are seeking a Nursery Assistant to join a Primary School in Truro. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a Level 3 qualification to join a warm, friendly and supportive working environment.

The Role

This opportunity is for someone with experience working within a Nursery setting who has had extensive EYFS knowledge and has a Level 3 Qualification.

You will be working on a full-time basis, supervising activities and ensuring safeguarding throughout the nursery classroom.

You will be expected to:

• Be enthusiastic and engage with the children.
• Communicate clearly with the EY team.
• Take responsibility for a range of activities; inside and outside of the classroom.
• Have a clear understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
• Be passionate about the care and development of each individual.
• Inspire and motivate children.
