The Role:

As a Level 3 TA, you’ll be a classroom helper — assisting teachers, supporting students, and spreading positivity. From phonics to fractions, reading groups to recess, you’ll be a key part of the learning day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting students during lessons and around school — helping them reach their potential
• Working with small groups or one-to-one to provide extra support
• Prepping learning resources
• Monitoring progress and celebrating successes
• Contributing to lunchtimes, playtimes, and other activities
• Maintaining a calm, positive presence

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in schools (experience in classrooms is a plus)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
