Job summary

KPI RECRUITING LTD in Liverpool is assisting a highly regarded primary school in recruiting a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. This is a full-time role, Monday–Friday, term-time only, with a November 2026 start.

You will lead activities in the Nursery during teacher PPA, support children's development in EYFS, and work with experienced colleagues to create engaging, play-led learning experiences. The school offers opportunities for ongoing professional development and potential long-term career

Qualifications

• Qualified Level 3 Early Years practitioner.
• Experience leading a nursery class and PPA cover.
• Strong understanding of child development in Early Years.

Responsibilities

• Support children throughout the Nursery and Early Years provision, delivering engaging activities and individualised developmental support.
• Lead the setting during teacher PPA cover, maintaining routines and continuity of learning.
• Plan and deliver stimulating, play-led learning experiences in partnership with colleagues.
• Collaborate with senior staff to ensure high-quality EYFS provision.
