Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education is required or preferred.
• Experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and ability to plan activities.

Responsibilities

• Create safe, stimulating environments and prepare learning spaces.
• Lead educational activities aligned with EYFS to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Act as Key Person to build strong family connections and monitor child progress.
