Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children under five, delivering EYFS activities and creating a safe, stimulating environment within Busy Bees nurseries.

You will lead educational activities, foster the Bee Curious curriculum, and build strong connections with families, contributing to a nurturing and high-quality workplace culture with extensive professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and an interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with ability to plan and deliver activities based on child development.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development (EYFS).
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development and build strong family connections.
