Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking an Early Years Educator to nurture the development of children aged under five. You will create a safe, stimulating environment, plan and deliver activities aligned with the EYFS, and take on the Key Person role to build strong family connections.

The ideal candidate holds Level 3 or higher in Early Years Education, has experience with young children, and demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills to support holistic development and successful

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication, organisational and planning skills for EYFS activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children’s development aligned with EYFS.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs and build strong family connections.
