Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience with children under 5 and genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication, organisation and ability to apply child development knowledge to plan activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms for growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver EYFS-aligned activities supporting development.
• Key Person Role: oversee children's development and build strong family connections.
