Busy Bees is seeking a Nursery Practitioner in North Shields to join our team. You will support early years education, create a safe learning environment, and deliver activities aligned with EYFS.

Level 3 or above in Early Years, experience with under-5s, and strong communication and organisational skills are essential. We offer a competitive salary, ongoing professional development and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience with children under 5 and genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Good communication capabilities, excellent organisational skills, and ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the EYFS.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs and build strong family connections.
