Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries in St Albans is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children’s learning, development, and well-being within our Busy Bees setting. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, EYFS-aligned activities and forming strong connections with families.

You will contribute to a nurturing, inclusive environment and participate in ongoing professional development and collaboration with colleagues to enhance outcomes for children aged under five.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver EYFS activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating environment and prepare activities.
• Lead educational activities aligned with the EYFS to support development.
