Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. in the UK is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children. You’ll contribute to a warm, high-quality learning environment and be part of a team that values growth and impact.

At Busy Bees, you’ll work with our Bee Curious curriculum, collaborate with colleagues, and engage families to deliver excellent early education. Experience with EYFS is preferred, and enthusiasm for nurturing young learners is essential.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities with the ability to plan and deliver EYFS activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver activities that support physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with EYFS.
• Key Person Role: oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
