Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years Education qualification or above.
• Experience working with children under 5 is preferred.
• Strong communication, organisation and knowledge of child development.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS.
• Key Person Role: oversee children's development and build strong family connections.
