Qualifications

• Proven experience with children under 5 is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Understanding of EYFS principles and early years development.

• Create a safe, stimulating environment and prepare rooms for child learning.
• Lead educational activities aligned with EYFS to support physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.
• Act as Key Person to monitor development and build strong family connections.
