Busy Bees Winchester Sutton Scotney, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, seeks an Early Years Educator to support children's early learning in a warm, encouraging setting. You'll deliver play-based activities aligned with the EYFS, build strong relationships with families as the designated Key Person, and contribute to a high-quality curriculum within our Busy Bees environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Good communication and excellent organisational skills; ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.

• Create a safe, stimulating environment by preparing materials and arranging rooms to foster growth.
• Lead educational activities that support children's development aligned with the EYFS.
