Job summary

TeacherActive Limited is seeking a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner for a long-term position with potential for permanency in a Nottingham-area nursery. You will work closely with the Nursery Manager, supporting children from 6 weeks to 4 years, in a nurturing environment that fosters growth for staff and children.

The role offers market-leading pay (£14.25–£15.25 per hour), opportunities for CPD via the My-Progression channel, and dedicated consultant support through TeacherActive.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, adaptable and caring approach.

Responsibilities

• Support children across all age groups from 6 weeks to 4 years old.
• Work closely with the Nursery Manager to support daily routines and learning activities.
• Contribute to a nurturing environment and the nursery's progression opportunities.
