Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children's intellectual, social and emotional development within a welcoming Busy Bees setting in Biggleswade. You will contribute to our Bee Curious curriculum and be part of a team that values high-quality education and growth opportunities.

The role focuses on delivering EYFS-aligned activities, developing strong relationships with families and supporting children's wellbeing and learning progress within a Good-rated nursery

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher is required.
• Experience with children under 5 and passion for early childhood education.
• Strong communication, organisation and ability to plan and deliver EYFS activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating environment and prepare materials for learning.
• Lead educational activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Oversee each child’s development as the key person and build family connections.
