Nexter Ltd is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join welcoming nurseries in Lewisham and SE18. Whether newly qualified or returning to childcare, you will be supported by a friendly team and mentorship as you build confidence in the EYFS setting.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification confirmed.
• No years of unbroken experience required; strong attitude and love for children are valued.
• Ability to work with children and contribute to a caring nursery environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, joyful, and stimulating environment for children.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities based on EYFS.
• Support daily routines including meals, outdoor play, and rest periods.
• Build open relationships with Parents/Carers and share updates.
• Collaborate with the team to guide and support children’s early learning.
