Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd is recruiting Level 3 Nursery Practitioners on a day-to-day, part-time basis to work across North Somerset nurseries, including Weston-super-Mare. You will support daily routines, activities and early years learning across different rooms and age groups.

The role offers flexible shifts, PAYE payroll, and CPD opportunities through the My-Progression channel, with competitive hourly rates (£14.75–£15.00). Immediate start available and ongoing placements.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• Experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS
• Confidence working across different nursery rooms and age groups
• A flexible and adaptable approach
• A positive, reliable and enthusiastic attitude

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines, activities and the learning and development of children
• Assist with the general running of the nursery and adapt to daily needs
• Work across different rooms and age groups as required by the setting
