Banana Moon Day Nursery in Croydon is seeking a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Professional to join our team. You will deliver high-quality care and education, supporting children's development in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities include planning activities, assessing progress, safeguarding, and working with parents to support each child’s learning journey. Salary ranges from £29,000 to £31,000 depending on experience. DBS check and UK eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Up-to-date DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK.
