Job summary

Zero2Five Recruitment is partnering with a high-quality day nursery in Kettering to recruit a Level 3+ Qualified Nursery Practitioner. This permanent, full-time role is 40 hours per week across 52 weeks, with shifts from 7:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a choice of a 4- or 5-day week.

You will use EYFS knowledge to plan engaging activities, observe and assess progress, and support safeguarding while working closely with children, parents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification required.
• Knowledge of the EYFS and how to plan learning through play.
• Ability to observe, assess and record children’s progress.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting health and wellbeing.
• Strong communication with children, parents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan fun, engaging activities using EYFS to support learning.
