Job summary

Busy Bees at our Bedford Elstow nursery, rated Good by Ofsted, is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to support the development of children aged under five. You will create safe, stimulating environments, lead EYFS-aligned activities, and act as a Key Person to families, helping children grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience with children under 5 and strong interest in early childhood education.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's development, aligned with EYFS.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
