Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for exciting opportunities in Watford. Join welcoming nursery settings to support early years teams in creating safe, nurturing environments where children learn and thrive through play.

You will plan activities, observe progress, and build strong relationships with children and families. A Level 3 EY qualification and a DBS Update Service are required or eligible.

Are you a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for your next opportunity in Watford? Protocol Education is working with welcoming and well-established nursery settings that are looking for caring, enthusiastic professionals to join their Early Years teams.

You'll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive through play.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
• Planning fun and engaging activities
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Observing and recording children's progress
• Promoting children's wellbeing, confidence, and independence

What we're looking for:

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Previous nursery or Early Years experience
• A caring, energetic, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
