Location: Eastbourne
Salary: GBP90 GBP110 per day (Depending on experience)
Start date: September 2025

Are you a dedicated and qualified Nursery Practitioner looking to make a real difference in early years education?

GSL Education are seeking a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join supportive early years settings in Eastbourne from September 2025. This full-time role is ideal for someone committed to nurturing young children s development in a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

In this role, you will work closely with early years educators to support children s learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You ll help create engaging activities that foster curiosity, independence, and confidence.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the delivery of the EYFS curriculum through planned activities
• Assisting in observing, assessing, and recording children s progress
• Promoting positive behaviour and social skills
• Providing a safe and welcoming environment that meets children s individual needs
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider team
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating nursery environment

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification or equivalent
• Experience working with children aged 0-5 in a nursery or early years setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young children
• Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
