Job summary

REESON Education is looking for a Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join a busy nursery in Wigan. The role is full-time with an immediate start, supporting early childhood development in a nurturing environment.

You will plan activities, monitor progress, and work with families to provide a safe, inclusive setting in line with EYFS standards.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/EY (or equivalent).
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred.
• DBS Update Service or willingness to apply is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 0-5 in learning and development.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, stimulating activities.
• Provide emotional and physical care in line with EYFS standards.
• Work closely with parents and carers to build relationships.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive nursery environment.
• Monitor and record children's progress and behaviours.

Level 3 Nursery Nurse - Wigan - Full-Time - Immediate Start

Are you a qualified and passionate Nursery Nurse ready to take on a new challenge in a nurturing early years setting? Do you hold a Level 3 qualification and want to make a real impact in the lives of young children?

We're working with a well-established nursery in Wigan that is looking for a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join their team. This is a full-time position starting ASAP, ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting early childhood development in a safe, fun, and engaging environment.

The Role:

• Job Title: Nursery Nurse - Level 3
• Location: Wigan
• Start Date: Immediate or As soon as possible
• Contract: 4 DAYS A WEEK- Tuesday to Friday

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting children aged 0-5 in their learning and development
• Planning and delivering age-appropriate, stimulating activities
• Providing emotional and physical care in line with EYFS standards
• Working closely with parents and carers to build strong relationships
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and inclusive nursery environment
• Monitoring and recording children's progress and behaviours

What We're Looking For:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
• Team player with good communication skills
• A current DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
