Justteachers is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Support Assistant to join one of our partnered schools in LS9. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and caring individual to provide vital support to young learners in a nurturing and stimulating early years setting.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education.
2. Assist in the planning and implementation of educational activities.
3. Provide care and support to children in their learning and development.
4. Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
5. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.

Qualifications:

1. Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
2. Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work as part of a team.
5. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
