Protocol Education Limited is seeking a caring Nursery Nurse to join our welcoming team in Barnet Borough. The role offers full-time or part-time hours with flexible options. You will support learning and development in a safe, nurturing environment for children aged 0–5.

We value passion for early years, excellent communication, and a good understanding of EYFS. Training, progression opportunities, and a supportive team are provided as part of the package.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Reliable, caring, and committed to providing outstanding childcare.
