Level 3 Nursery Assistant

• Full time, Mon - Fri
• Long term (September 2025 - Ongoing)
• Salary: £88.92 - £95 (dependent on experience)

Premier Education is currently supporting a Cheshire-based private school in finding a Level 3 Nursery Assistant to work in the EYFS setting. The school is located in the Cheshire countryside, surrounded by beautiful acres of land.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience supporting students with additional needs to work within a supportive school environment where pupils are at the heart of everything they do.

The ideal candidates will have:

• Level 2 / Level 3 qualification in SEND or TA
• At least 1 year of experience supporting children with Special Education Needs
• A good understanding of the importance of equality and inclusion
• Effective behaviour management strategies
• A patient and calm demeanour
• A strong understanding of safeguarding children
