An inclusive and forward-thinking infant school in Southport is seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to support its Reception and Nursery provision. The school is well-known locally for its warm, community feel, strong leadership, and commitment to early years development. The successful candidate will work as part of a skilled team, supporting children’s learning and personal development through well-planned activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (essential)
• Recent, relevant experience in an EYFS classroom
• A patient, nurturing and proactive approach to supporting young children
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and EYFS standards
