Job summary

Monarch Education is recruiting a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for two welcoming nursery schools in Erdington and Great Barr, Birmingham. You will support children in a nurturing EYFS setting and contribute to high-quality early years provision.

The role requires a Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification, recent EYFS experience, and a solid understanding of the EYFS framework. You will collaborate with teachers and staff to promote development and safeguarding best practices.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 Early Years / Childcare Qualification.
• Recent Nursery/EYFS experience within the last 2 years with references.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework.
• Ability to support learning through play and create a safe, nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support children through play-based learning and meaningful experiences.
• Encourage children's communication, language, social and emotional development.
• Work with teachers and the wider nursery team to build positive relationships.
