Job summary

Academics is seeking a Level 3 EYFS Nursery Assistant in Stroud to support children aged 0-5 with their learning and development. You will help create engaging activities and assist with daily routines.

The Role - Level 3 EYFS Nursery Assistant

As a Nursery Assistant, you could be:

• Supporting children aged 0-5 with their learning and development
• Helping to create fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities
• Supporting children's social, emotional and communication development
• Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes and personal care where required
• Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
• Working alongside experienced nursery and early years staff
• Building positive relationships with children, staff and parents

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous nursery or early years experience is desirable
• Someone reliable, proactive and keen to make a positive difference
