Job Description:

Are you a Level 3 qualified early years teaching assistant with a passion for supporting children’s learning and development? we are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Level 3 early years teaching assistants for full time work at a primary school in a village just outside of Bedford. This role is full time for the Spring term with the potential to continue into the summer term.

About the Role:
Provide classroom support across the early years/nursery setting, ensuring students are engaged and supported in their learning.
Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery.
Work with small groups or individual students, including those with SEND needs, to help them reach their full potential.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Adapt to the needs of the school and maintain high standards of professionalism.

Requirements:
A Level 3 qualification in Working in the Early Years Sector (Early Years Educator)
Experience working in an early years/nursery setting
A caring and proactive approach to supporting children’s education.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
