Job summary

Banana Moon Day Nursery in Hounslow is seeking a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Professional to deliver high-quality care and education to children. You will support learning and development in a nurturing environment, with a salary of £29,000 - £31,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities include planning activities, assessing progress, maintaining safeguarding standards, and building strong partnerships with parents.

Qualifications

• Plan and implement stimulating and age-appropriate activities to support children's development
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress to inform planning
• Provide a safe, caring, and inclusive environment that promotes children's wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
• Engage with parents and carers to build strong partnerships and support children's needs
• Adhere to safeguarding policies, health and safety regulations, and nursery procedures
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Passion for fostering children's development and learning
• Up-to-date DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK
