Job summary

TeacherActive Limited is recruiting a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a permanent, full-time role in Norris Green, Liverpool. You will join a welcoming nursery team and help deliver high-quality care and early years education in a supportive setting.

You will support development in line with EYFS, plan engaging activities, and work closely with colleagues, parents and other professionals to ensure safeguarding and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Have previous experience working within a nursery or early years environment.
• Have a genuine passion for supporting young children's development.
• Be caring, enthusiastic, patient and reliable.
• Have a good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding.
• Be confident communicating with children, parents and other professionals.
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Be committed to providing the highest standard of care and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for children.
• Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Support children's individual interests, needs and development.
• Complete observations and contribute to children's learning journeys.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Promote children's social, emotional, physical and educational development.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide outstanding early years provisions
