About Early Years Ltd. in the Wigan area is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a nursery role starting in September. The position is full-time and permanent, but term-time only.

You will support children aged 2–4 through structured and play-based activities, contribute to planning, and assist with early communication, literacy, numeracy and physical development in a safe, nurturing setting.

Qualifications

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.
• Early years experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience of delivering Wellcomm is desirable.
• Paediatric first aid training is essential.
• Ability to support early communication, play-based learning, and developmental needs.
• Able to work the required hours, term time only.
• Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting child well-being.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 2-4 through structured and play-based early years activities.
• Contribute to planning and delivery of age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Support early communication, literacy, numeracy, and physical development.
• Maintain a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment.
• Help with daily routines including settling, toileting, transitions and snack times.
• Collaborate with nursery staff to ensure consistent EYFS practice.
• Support children with special educational needs and disabilities.
