Banana Moon Day Nursery in Bishop's Stortford is seeking a skilled Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our caring team. You will shape learning experiences for children aged 0-5, delivering high-quality care and education in a nurturing setting.

You will collaborate with fellow practitioners and families to tailor learning plans, with a focus on development, safety, and outstanding care. We offer ongoing professional development and a supportive Workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Proven experience working with infants in a nursery setting.
• Strong understanding of child development principles.
• Clear Enhanced DBS

Responsibilities

• Work together as a team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Create and implement engaging activities tailored to the developmental needs of children.
• Monitor the wellbeing and development of each child, maintaining thorough observations and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with parents, communicating regularly about their child's progress and experiences.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment that meets health and safety regulations.
• Work with nursery management to uphold policies and procedures.
