Job summary

Banana Moon Day Nursery Royston is seeking a passionate Level 3 Early Years Nursery Practitioner to join a dedicated team. The role is full-time (40 hours) with shifts 7:30am–6:30pm, offering opportunities for growth within a supportive franchise.

You will work under the Banana Moon curriculum, deliver EYFS activities, and participate in ongoing professional development while building strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 early years qualification (DfE-listed).
• DBS enhanced disclosure for the child workforce sector on the update service.
• 12-hour Paediatric First Aid certificate preferred or willingness to complete.
• Safeguarding training and qualification.
• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• Full-time (40 hours) between 7:30am – 6:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Provide a warm, caring, and safe environment for children.
• Collaborate with the nursery team and support children’s development.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers to share progress.
