Job summary

Protocol Education is recruiting a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a long-term position in a private nursery in Chelmsford. The role offers flexible hours to suit your lifestyle and a nurturing environment focused on children’s development under the EYFS framework.

You will plan and deliver engaging activities, support learning, and build strong relationships with families and colleagues, while ensuring a safe, inclusive setting. Training and DBS checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Passion for Early Years education and child development
• Solid knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Experience in nursery or Early Years setting

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term placement in a private nursery
• Offer flexible working hours
