Job description

This nursery school is a well-established and inclusive early years setting in Wolverhampton, known for its nurturing environment and commitment to high-quality early education. The school is seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team in the 2's provision from September.

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and wellbeing of young children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working within the 2's provision, supporting a small group of key children.
  • Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities to help children meet their weekly developmental targets.
  • Writing detailed and accurate reports on children's progress.
  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.



What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with children aged 2-3 years in an early year setting.
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
  • Excellent communication, observation, and report-writing skills
