Exciting Opportunity for a Qualified Early Years Nursery Practitioner!

Our wonderful nursery, located on Regents Park Road in Shirley, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our Hopscotch family. If you’re eager to play a vital role in educating and nurturing the next generation, we would love to hear from you!

Requirements:
  • A minimum Level 2 Early Years Qualification is essential.
  • All successful candidates will undergo safer recruitment checks, including a fully completed Application Form and DBS checks.

  • Plan engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS guidelines.
  • Be a responsible, reliable, and proactive team member, working flexibly with other childcareprofessionals.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child’s early yearsdevelopment.
  • Create a stimulating and inspiring learning environment for children.
  • Ensure all company forms and procedures are completed accurately.
Position Details:
  • Full-time & Part-time roles available (Monday–Friday, 52 weeks a year).
  • Salary Range: £26,353.60 - £28,059.20 (pro-rata).
  • Additional Benefit: Regents Park employees receive an extra £0.30 per hour as a location-based weighting payment, already included within the advertised salary (subject to terms and conditions).
