Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking a Level 3 qualified Early Years Assistant to support the Bee Curious curriculum and develop children’s learning at Busy Bees in Braintree Great Notley. You will mentor less experienced team members and help create engaging, high-quality activities in a thriving setting.

As a Relief Early Years Educator, you will plan and deliver activities, maintain a safe environment, act as Key Person, and track progress through observations, contributing to an outstanding nursery

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in early years education.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding - each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering strong partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
