Busy Bees operates UK nurseries delivering high-quality early years education. This role focuses on creating safe, stimulating spaces and leading activities aligned with EYFS, helping children grow across cognitive, social, and emotional domains.

You will build strong family connections as a Key Person, supporting individual development plans and contributing to Busy Bees’ educational excellence and wellbeing culture.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Skills: good communication, strong organisational abilities, and ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children’s growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS to support development.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
