Job summary

Willows Pre School in London is offering an Early Years Educator Apprenticeship (Level 3). You will assist nursery practitioners and teachers to provide high-quality care and early years education for children, promoting their development in a safe, welcoming environment.

The role runs 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with training provided by Realise and a full Enhanced DBS. There are 2 positions available and a potential progression path within the company.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 or equivalent preferred.
• Friendly, punctual, reliable and trustworthy attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team and use initiative.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times.
• Assist with feeding, dressing, toileting and personal hygiene routines.
• Support learning through play, storytelling, music, arts and crafts.
• Observe progress and share feedback with senior staff.
