Job summary

Realise Training is recruiting Modern Apprentices to start a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship in London. You will earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience alongside experienced childcare professionals in a supportive nursery setting.

You will work toward the Level 3 Diploma and Paediatric First Aid qualifications, guided by a dedicated training provider. The role offers development opportunities after successful completion and a structured learning plan.

Qualifications

• GCSE maths and English at grade 4/C or higher, or willingness to complete functional skills alongside the apprenticeship.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in working with children and supporting early learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and evaluate activities for children from birth to five years in a team.
• Support care within a key person structure and EYFS framework.
• Help maintain a stimulating environment with safe, inclusive learning displays and resources.
• Assist with daily, weekly and monthly nursery checks and safeguarding.
• Learn on the job to become a nursery nurse and provide high quality childcare.
