  • Communicating with customers and suppliers over the telephone and via email
  • Logging queries and setting tasks to the purchasing team using our Sage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
  • Processing customer orders that are straightforward including the procurement of the parts/services requested by customers
  • Preparing quotes for customers
  • Converting quotes to sales orders
  • Chasing for updates on deliveries from suppliers
  • Keeping customers informed
  • Reviewing on-hold orders and actioning where necessary
  • Reviewing all zero-value pricing orders
