Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice (Facilities and Premises team), Sheffield

This role supports the Head of Facilities and Premises Management in maintaining and improving our facilities and office spaces. The apprentice will help manage stakeholder relationships, implement planning and communication strategies, and monitor our impact aligned with our purpose-led strategy.

While based in Sheffield, you may support colleagues across other locations.

This 24-month apprenticeship aims to develop your administration skills and knowledge in facilities and premises management.

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting client communication and managing facilities data spreadsheets.
  2. Managing correspondence and relationships within our facilities network.
  3. Maintaining and coordinating relevant materials and policies.
  4. Processing invoices and supporting project work like office relocations.
  5. Collaborating with internal teams on communication and facilities issues.
  6. Supporting health and safety compliance and supplier management.
  7. Assisting with office moves, space planning, and administrative tasks.
  8. Being a point of contact for emergency responses.

Entry requirements:

Applicants need 5 GCSEs at A*-C (9-4), including Maths and English. Law degree holders are ineligible for this apprenticeship but may consider a Training Contract.

Post-apprenticeship:

Successful completion results in a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
